We were approached by a consultant to provide a proof of concept room for BP in Canary Wharf. This room to seat 12 people and to be used for Video / audio conferencing , pc and video presentations. The equipment that was used was specified by the AV consultant and consisted of Polycom video conferencing, crestron control system and clearone audio and microphone mixers. It also allowed for follow me buttons fitted flush to the table so that once pressed the video conference camera will pan and tilt to that particular preset.

Being a Games studio and now part of the Microsoft Group we were asked to install a variety of meeting rooms and an advanced Audio studio.

The Meeting rooms were quite simple comprising of multiple VGA/ Audio and HDMI inputs located within the table and credenza unit, they then fed a Denon High Definition AV Receiver to allow them to have full audio processing which then in turn fed a large Screen LCD TV. All this was controlled by an AMX touch panel and controller.

The Audio Studio was designed by ourselves and Lionheads own Audio Director. We were given the room dimensions and designed a bespoke studio desk to house all of the existing audio and video equipment working very closely with the Audio director to make sure it fitted his exact requirements.

We were asked to fit out some meeting and training rooms with some video conference and presentation equipment. The two original rooms consisted of multiple VGA/ Audio Inputs within the room, Two permanent PC inputs within the cabinetry, a DVD ,freeview feed and Polycom Video conference unit displayed onto any one of three screens. Once these were completed we were then asked that while the rest of the building interior was being fitted out could we fit some audio visual equipment into there other meeting rooms and there gymnasium. We are currently quoting for the Service/Maintenance contract.

The three Atrium lecture theatres are all front-screen projected onto drop-down screens using Christie LX series devices, fitted with standard lens and operating under AMX control. The smaller meeting rooms feature an LX34, the major lecture theatre, which seats 100, uses an LX50, fitted with standard lens, to project onto a 2.4m x 3m screen. AAV were also asked to equip the main 14-seat boardroom with a front-projected LX34.

We started work at Wall Street Systems approx 6 years ago altering an existing installation within there boardroom that had been carried out by another company. Having completed this we were asked to do a simple installation within the directors office. Both these installations had been running for approx 2 years when due to expansion Wall Street Systems relocated to a larger premises down the road. AAV were then asked to re-locate there original equipment over to these premises and install some simple but affective meeting rooms along with equipping there Gymnasium with sound and vision.
